As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our ERP projects from initiation through successful delivery.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with experience in ERP implementations to join our team. This role requires an individual capable of managing all phases of ERP projects, including planning, execution, and close-out, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. While experience in Odoo is not mandatory, previous experience in ERP project management or implementation is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Timeline and Budget Management: Develop project timelines and budgets, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet milestones and stay within financial constraints.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and ensuring effective collaboration between development, QA, and support teams.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, handling queries, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and user acceptance phases, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare progress reports, and track project KPIs to share with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Implementer in ERP systems, with a strong understanding of ERP project lifecycles.
- Previous experience in software or IT project management, with a preference for ERP or business system implementation.
- Certifications: PMP or Google Project Management certification is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
