We’re hiring an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and deliver successful ERP implementation projects. If you have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and a track record in managing ERP rollouts — this is your opportunity to make an impact.

💼 Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP projects (primarily Odoo)
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional and technical deliverables
- Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and manage changes effectively
- Conduct project planning, documentation, status reporting, and follow-ups
- Ensure successful delivery of milestones and a smooth post-go-live transition
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and handovers to support teams
📌 Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in ERP project management or business systems implementation
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems (Odoo experience is a strong advantage)
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, client-focused, and results-driven
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Certification: PMP Certification is a big plus
