In this role, your main responsibility is outbound lead
generation and lead qualification, ensuring that only well-qualified
opportunities are passed to the Sales Manager.
You will work on both inbound and outbound leads,
using structured qualification methods, outbound tools, and AI-assisted
research to identify high-potential prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer
Profile (ICP).
Qualified leads will be reported to the Sales Manager,
who will assign them to the appropriate sales team member. You will then
support the sales team by coordinating and scheduling meetings and client
visits, and following up with prospects during the early stages of the
sales cycle.
This is a field-oriented role, requiring regular
client meetings, participation in exhibitions and industry events, and active
engagement with prospects.
You will also play a key role in continuously improving
lead generation and qualification processes based on feedback from actual
sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify,
research, and target potential clients aligned with Archer’s ICP
- Execute
outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other tools)
- Qualify
both inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and business fit
- Use
outbound tools and AI-assisted methods to enhance lead research and
qualification accuracy
- Report
qualified leads to the Sales Manager for assignment to the sales
team
- Coordinate
and schedule meetings and client visits for assigned sales team members
- Follow
up with prospects to ensure attendance and smooth progression into the
sales process
- Maintain
accurate and disciplined CRM records for all activities and pipeline
tracking
- Collaborate
with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach
strategies
- Continuously
improve qualification quality based on feedback from sales results
- Consistently
meet or exceed KPIs (qualified leads, meetings booked, qualification
quality)
Requirements
- 1–3
years of experience in sales, tele-sales, SDR, or lead generation roles
- Proven
experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Strong
communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent
in English (spoken & written)
- Ability
to handle rejection and maintain consistent performance
- Understanding
of sales pipelines and qualification processes
- Experience
using CRM systems for tracking and pipeline management
Preferred Skills
- Experience
in B2B or SaaS sales environments
- Background
in ERP, business applications, or technology solutions
- Experience
using outbound tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar)
- Familiarity
with AI tools for research, communication, and productivity
- Strong
understanding of customer profiling and ICP-based targeting

performance-driven environments
