๐ About the Role
Weโre hiring a Project Coordinator to support our ERP project delivery team. Youโll work closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth communication with clients, follow up on project tasks, track progress, and help deliver milestones on time. If youโre organized, proactive, and have great communication skills โ weโd love to meet you.

๐ผ Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items to keep projects on track
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and reporting status
- Ensure milestones are completed and documented properly
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing follow-up notes, and organizing project documents
- Help resolve minor issues and escalate blockers when needed
๐ Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1โ3 years in project coordination, client relations, or administrative support
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
- Leadership: Ability to take ownership of follow-ups and keep momentum
- Tools: Familiarity with project tracking tools and productivity software is a plus
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Certification: Not required, but project coordination or communication training is a plus
