Sales Account Manager

New Cairo, Egypt

Duties

  • Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls
  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
  • Build and expand customer base, understanding customers' specific business needs
  • Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software and services
  • Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
  • Managing workload in order to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IS/IT, or Computer Science
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in sales
  • Previous experience in ERP sales, pre-sales, or implementation
  • Good knowledge of business processes & accounting
  • Affinity with the IT world
  • Excellent planning and communication skills
  • Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
