Duties
- Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls
- Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
- Build and expand customer base, understanding customers' specific business needs
- Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes
- Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software and services
- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
- Managing workload in order to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IS/IT, or Computer Science
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in sales
- Previous experience in ERP sales, pre-sales, or implementation
- Good knowledge of business processes & accounting
- Affinity with the IT world
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
